Yes. $500.00 deposit and a monthly pet fee of $25.00 per month per pet.
- Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes.
- If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
No. Military permanent change of station (PCS) orders are the exception.
- What utilities are included in my lease?
None.
- How long is the term of the lease?
6-15 month.
- Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes. With a $100.00 extra over market rate.
- If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
All requests for service can be made in writing at the office, called into the office during working hours or after hours (leave a message). After-hour emergency service needs can be called in and maintenance personnel will be paged.
- When is my rent payment due?
The first (1st) of each month.
- What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
The fourth (4th) of each month.
- Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
No.
- Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, in the night drop slot.
- There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
Yes. Limits apply to duration.
- Do you have reserved parking?
Optional. Covered spaces are available for a monthly fee.
- I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In any open parking space. Optional assigned covered space available for a monthly fee.
- My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes.
- Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Yes. It must be on a free standing tripod.
- Do you have cable services?
All apartments are cable-ready.
- Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
Yes.
- Does the community have laundry facilities.
No. All units come individually equipped with a washer and dryer.
- Does the community have courtesy patrol on the property.
Yes.
- Are you a gated community?
Yes.
- Is there a business center on the premises?
